Through-a-Lens is looking for Administrators!

Position openings

  • Moderator
  • Collector

Role descriptions

  • Moderator - An administrator whose task is to vote on incoming submissions on a daily basis. To put it shortly
  • Collector - An appreciator whose task is to literally collect photos around DeviantART and put them into our appropriate Gallery Folders. This way more works get the spotlight they deserve by being showcased in our group. Also, the collector is discovering new artists whilst browsing photos. 

Tasks

  • Moderator:
  1. Voting on incoming submissions
  2. Managing our Gallery Folders - moving deviations, creating or deleting Folders if necessary
  3. Interaction with group Members and Affiliates
  • Collector:
  1. Finding and requesting photographs to be showcased in our Group
  2. Assisting the Bloggers whose task is to feature deviations within our Folders. 
  3. Occasionally posting tutorials, small features and the like in Group Journals

How to apply

  • Send a note to the Group or better, to BitterBeanJuicer 
  • In the note please include the following(s) - experiences with group management; photography skills; approximate time you spend on the time on a daily basis actively doing group duties and the like
  • Please state which position you are applying for; Moderator or Collector
  • There is no limit and no requirements are set in stone. I just need people who are willing to help make things go smoothly in the background.
